Our business philosophy is based on a holistic approach to business and life.  An appreciation, valuation and respect for all facets of a business and how it interacts with the external environment in which it exists is essential for the ongoing healthy development of its life and life in general.  

This process can and does involve all stages of a business life cycle, its birth, growth and death.  Business is the method a community chooses to deliver its needs, wants and desires.  How that business conducts itself is both a mirror to the community in which it operates and also a reflection of that communities values.  

The community can be anything from the whole of humanity to the shareholders within a plc.  Business is a statement of who we are and what we are building with our lives.  

We do not view business as separate from life, it is inextricably linked with individuals, communities and the planet on which it is based, any failure to neglect or evaluate the relative impact of that triad on the business dynamic will ultimately result in the death of the business. 

It is part of our philosophy to recognise that distinctions between charities, not for profit, for profit or social enterprise are largely false and this leads to a distorted understanding of the purpose of business.

We work with those businesses that enrich and sustain life in all its forms. Our key words are sustainability, happiness and health. Without life there is no business ergo successful businesses are all about quality of life.
